Data rights requests

You can submit a request without creating an account. The store will verify your identity and the scope before providing data or taking action. Do not send identity document scans, passwords or card details.

The form does not automatically delete or change any data. Necessary sales documents may have to be retained. You can edit your profile or delete your account directly under My details.

10–4000 characters. Provide only information needed to locate and understand the request. There is no need to explain why you request access or a copy.

A response is generally due within one month of receipt. A justified extension requires a notice within the initial period. Verification does not automatically stop the timer in this store.
