Log in and choose an order, or provide its number and email. Guests receive a one-time access link by email. You can also send a clear withdrawal declaration by email or post.
Pack the products securely and send them within 14 days of withdrawing. You cover the direct return shipping cost. Keep proof of postage.

You may include the form or return number to help identify the parcel. After reporting online, you do not need to submit a second declaration on paper.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first.
For a full withdrawal, we also refund the least expensive standard delivery cost offered for your order. The final refund amount is determined after reviewing your return.
